Job Description:
Minimum qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent
practical experience. 8 years of experience in software
development. 5 years of experience testing, and launching software
products. 5 years of experience working with embedded operating
systems. 3 years of experience with software design and
architecture. Experience working in C/C++, ARM, servers, operating
systems such as Linux. Preferred qualifications: Master’s degree or
PhD in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
8 years of experience with data structures and algorithms. 3 years
of experience in a technical leadership role leading project teams
and setting technical direction. 3 years of experience working in a
matrixed organization involving cross-functional, or cross-business
projects. Experience with firmware, kernel development, server
bring-up, and open-source contributions. About the job Google's

Utilizing custom CPUs developed by Google, the team is responsible
for implementing critical boot-level software components including
Basic Input/Output System (BIOS) and firmware/software (FW/SW)
drivers and driving the New Product Introduction (NPI) phases to
deploy new machines into the fleet with a high quality bar. The AI
and Infrastructure team is redefining what’s possible. We empower

and much more. The US base salary range for this full-time position
is $207,000-$300,000 bonus equity benefits. Our salary ranges are
determined by role, level, and location. Within the range,
individual pay is determined by work location and additional
factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant

Responsibilities Influence and coach a distributed team of
engineers. Facilitate alignment and clarity across teams on goals,
outcomes, and timelines. Design, develop, test, deploy, maintain,
and enhance large scale software solutions. Lead the software
architecture, design, development and testing of ARM-based server
platforms and derivatives by managing project deadlines, qualities
and deliverables. Collaborate with hardware, software, and system
engineers to ensure seamless integration and optimization, both
internally and with industry partners as needed
