I am a nurse, turned nurse practitioner, and turned nurse entrepreneur. As our Liaison & Community Educator, you will be the face, heart, and voice of our mission in the community. What Does This Job Entail? Making warm, professional visits to: Community organizations Physician offices Senior living and wellness partners Family-facing groups and associations Delivering small, conversational educational presentations Representing our values, culture, and standards with grace and professionalism Serving as a bridge between the community and our internal care team Helping families understand what support can look likebefore crisis hits You will never be rushed.
