Details Job Details: We are seeking a highly motivated and
experienced Account Executive to join our dynamic and fast-paced
team. This role is specifically designed for professionals who are
adept at managing high net worth clients and have a proven track
record in the insurance sales industry. The successful candidate
will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships
with affluent clients, providing them with comprehensive insurance
solutions tailored to their unique needs. This role requires a deep
understanding of the insurance industry, exceptional sales skills,
and the ability to handle complex client portfolios.
Responsibilities: 1. Develop and implement strategies to acquire
and manage high net worth clients, ensuring their insurance needs
are met with the highest level of satisfaction. 2. Utilize your
expertise in AMS 360 to manage client portfolios, ensuring all data
is accurate and up-to-date. 3. Build and maintain strong
relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service
and ensuring their needs are met. 4. Collaborate with the team to
develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth. 5.
Stay abreast of the latest industry trends, products, and services
to provide clients with the best possible solutions. 6. Conduct
regular reviews of client portfolios to ensure their insurance
coverage is adequate and meets their evolving needs. 7. Provide
expert advice and guidance to clients on a range of insurance
products and services. 8. Work closely with underwriters and other
insurance professionals to ensure the best coverage for clients.
Qualifications: 1. A minimum of 5 years of experience in the
insurance sales industry, with a focus on high net worth clients.
2. Proficiency in AMS 360 or equivalent client management software.
3. Proven track record of successfully managing and growing a
portfolio of high net worth clients. 4. Exceptional sales and
negotiation skills, with the ability to close deals and meet sales
targets. 5. Strong understanding of the insurance industry,
including products, services, and regulatory requirements. 6.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability
to build and maintain strong relationships with clients. 7. High
degree of professionalism and integrity, with the ability to handle
sensitive client information with discretion. 8. Bachelor’s degree
in Business, Finance, or a related field is preferred. 9. Insurance
certifications such as CPCU, CIC, or CRM are a plus. 10. Ability to
work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment and manage multiple
