Position Overview:
The role of an Inventory Control Analyst is integral to maintaining
accurate and efficient control of inventory within the Material
Review Board (MRB) area. This position involves analyzing and
managing inventory data, reconciling systematic & physical
transactions, implementing control measures, and optimizing
processes to improve efficiency and reduce data errors.
The Inventory Control Analyst works closely with various
departments to enhance inventory accuracy, reduce costs, and
contribute to overall supply chain & manufacturing efficiency. This
position will be primarily focused on the physical and systematic
reconciliation of damaged components, while supporting our field
services teams and outbound shipping.

management, scrap reduction, and process control initiatives.

- Foundation in mathematical and statistical principles, with the ability to apply them to real-world scenarios.
- Demonstrated strength in systematic, solution-oriented problem solving.
- Hands-on experience with inventory control processes in a manufacturing-facing warehouse environment.
- Proficiency with SAP (1-2 years minimum) or equivalent
enterprise resource planning (ERP) or Warehouse Management System
(WMS) programs.
Alternatively:
- 3+ years of experience in a data-intensive role, with a strong analytical mindset
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with data
visualization tools such as Tableau is a plus

This position in located in Sacramento, CA. The pay range for this position is from $53,100-$71,900. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications, and premium geographic location.
