with a track record for driving new product capabilities from
initial concept to successful delivery and market leadership. This
role will be responsible for guiding the future of the Service
Cloud. Our cloud leaders at salesforce are natural evangelists and
strong influencers, able to effectively communicate with both
internal and external executive leadership and foster broad C-Level
relationships. This leader is accountable to ACV and pipeline
growth for the products, working in strong collaboration with our
go-to-market strategy, sales, sales enablement, alliances,
marketing and products organizations. We are seeking a SVP with the
ambition, experience, and passion to take Service Cloud to the next
level of success.Responsibilities:
- Build and drive vision for the future of the Service Cloud and
evangelize this vision with our customers, partners and
employees.
- Perform the role of champion to promote and evangelize the
product across product, engineering, marketing, sales, support,
professional services, partners and customers.
- Oversee the execution of the product roadmap with rigor,
balancing speed, quality and innovation. This includes: market
needs, product vision and strategy, roadmap, release planning, all
the way through to pilots, customer enablement and success.
- Build, lead and mentor a high-performing team and drive a
culture of accountability, customer empathy, innovation and results
to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
- Leverage market analysis, competitive knowledge, and customer
research to define product roadmap. Translate insights into
differentiated product strategies and compelling value
propositions.
- Create and deliver high impact presentations to showcase
product vision, strategy and innovation
- Evangelize Service Cloud at industry events, campaigns,
customer advisory boards and social media communications
- Partner with marketing and sales to drive GTM strategy.
- Ensure product investments are aligned with ROI and strategic
impact.
- Collaborate with SI and SI teams to build solutions to drive
incremental pipe and ACVRequirements:
- High energy and passion for the job
- Leadership DNA, proven ability to inspire and lead a product
team
- Equivalent of 10+ years of product management or similar
experience.
- Demonstrated experience in gathering and transforming product
requirements into an actionable product roadmap.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills, excellent written
and oral communication skills, including experience in high-level
business discussions.
- Professionalism, dedication and ability to work in a
collaborative team environment.
- Bachelor's degreeDesired Skills and Experience:
- Masters in Business Administration (MBA) degree preferred
- People-focused leader with proven ability to build creative,
collaborative teams; develop people; and link performance to
overall business objectives
- Ability to deliver results in global, matrixed environments
comprised of internal and external stakeholders
