Job Description Position Summary Provides a preventative presence and facilitates communications between students, parents, visitors, and school staff that enhances understanding and promotes a safe and secure environment. Work Year: Continuous Employee Type: Part Time Salary: $16.72 per hour Substitutes are ---on-call--- employees serving on a day-to-day basis. Be advised that absences are unpredictable; therefore assignment offers are not guaranteed. Basic Function Under supervision, oversee and monitor safety and well-being of property, students, faculty and staff for a District site; enforce applicable sections of the California Education Code, the District Board Policy, individual school rules, policies, regulations and procedures; assist in the maintenance of an orderly and safe campus. Experience 1 year experience Education High school diploma or equivalent is required. Licenses, Certifications, Bonding and/or Testing Required Possession of current First-Aid and CPR certification is required. Possession of current, state-issued Security Guard License is required.
