Kelly Engineering is currently seeking Production--Supervisor for a long-term engagement at one of our Global clients in Los Gatos, CA.-- This role is a full-time, fully benefited position.---- As a Kelly Engineering employee you will be eligible for Medical, Dental, 401K and a variety of other benefits to choose from.---- You'll also be eligible for paid time off, including holiday, vacation and sick/personal time.-- As a Production Supervisor placed with Kelly Engineering you will be responsible for the following--Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare job schedules, assign duties and oversees the workflow and product quality
• Enforce and maintain quality processes, procedures, and safety on the manufacturing floor to ensure all standards, requirements, and regulations are met
• Responsible for completing daily production reports and verifying their accuracy
• Contributes to the development and improvement of departmental processes and procedures
• Incorporates continuous improvement methods in day-to-day work to improve quality of product and efficiency of the manufacturing line Ensure that procedures are clear, and that training is adequate
• Provide feedback and direction to operators and/or technicians regarding their skill development and training needs
• Directly involved in the training of personnel and development of training plans for all employees and maintain accurate training records. Track and keep records for productivity and yields
• Disposition Non-Conformance Material Report
• Responsible for Corrective and Preventive Actions as assigned
• Maintain/Perform time sheet approval in Workday (or alike software)
• Ensure compliance with company policy, rules regulations and procedures
• Help maintain material transaction integrity by performing cycle counts, resolving inventory issues and solving transactional errors
• Supervises the activities of all employees to ensure compliance with all company quality and safety standards Qualifications Minimum
  • Minimum of AA Degree required
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in a supervisory position within a manufacturing environment required
  • Demonstrated knowledge of manufacturing principles and practices, and procedures required
  • Ability to work in a regulated environment in compliance to ISO 13485 and 21 CFR 820 required
  • Strong floor supervision with hands on involvement in production operations required
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills required
  • Ability to work under pressure and critical time restraints required
  • Ability to work well others and direct work efforts to achieve required goals required
  • Working knowledge with ERP & PLM systems preferred
  • Ability to work in regulated clean room most of the time to support job duties required
