Quality Control Utility - Arbuckle, CA This is an hourly position Position Summary: This position offers an exciting opportunity for Quality Control in Rough Rice department of Rice Mill. Job Responsibilities: Duties include but are not limited to: Duties include but are not limited to: Protect the product and make sure all quality control checks are being done Cross train and work in all departments Assist in development of SOP’s and Work Instructions Train new hires Can work overtime each day Enforcement of all ADM policies and procedures Assist in completing JSA’s Must have a demonstrated history of safe work behavior and a sincere desire to follow and improve upon safety policies and procedures. Promotes the ADM Way and Core Values Able to communicate with all levels of the organization All other duties assigned by management Qualifications Ability work under pressure, well with others Good attendance Must have a demonstrated history of safe work behavior and a sincere desire to follow and improve upon safety policies and procedures Basic Computer and Math skills Respectful, positive attitude Strong work ethic Must be self-motivated Must possess excellent leadership, team building, problem solving, time managing, and organizational skills Excellent written and verbal communication Bilingual is a plus Physical Requirements: Walking and/or standing for extended periods of time Working in environments at varying temperatures and noise levels Occasionally lifting, stooping and climbing Available to work occasional weekends and/or holidays as well as during off hours to address emergency conditions or other situations that may arise ADM requires the successful completion of a background check.
