This is a Permanent position, and the client is looking for someone to start immediately.Duration: Full-timePrimary Skills: -Healthcare LitigationRole Description: The Healthcare Litigation Associate must have at least 5+ years of experience. -Required Technical Skills:- Junior to mid-level associate litigation attorney with a minimum of two years' experience to join its Healthcare practice group. -- Must have litigation experience, including responsibility for pleadings, motions, discovery, and depositions.- Must have strong academic credentials and excellent writing, communication, and interpersonal skills.- Must also have the ability to handle multiple deadlines and be a team player. -- Healthcare experience is a plus, but not required. Associates may elect to have hybrid work schedule, as practice demands permit.- Prefer law firm experience, an entrepreneurial mindset, a strong client-service ethic and outstanding interpersonal skills.Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Information Technology or another related field or EquivalentExperience: Minimum 5+ years of experienceRelocation: This position will not cover relocation expensesTravel: NoLocal Preferred: YesNote: Must be able to work on a W2 basis (No C2C) Mastech Digital provides IT associates in digital and mainstream technologies, Digital Transformation Services around Salesforce.com and SAP HANA, as well as Digital Learning Services.
