Competitive base salary, bonus Great Health, Dental, Vision Benefits 401K Talented team with an awesome work culture Cool Head Quarters in SF Job Details In this role, you will: Oversee all internal IT infrastructure, including deskside support, networking, conference room A/V systems, and more Own procurement, budgeting, and vendor relationships for all IT-related assets and tools Implement and maintain systems, policies, and procedures that ensure smooth operations across offices and remote environments Drive onboarding/offboarding processes for employees and external partners Work cross-functionally with key business stakeholders to ensure secure, cost-effective, and reliable tech services We’re looking for someone who has: 10 years of hands-on IT experience in a creative or fast-paced environment Experience managing cloud-based enterprise systems (e.g., Google Workspace) Strong knowledge of office networking, firewalls, and infrastructure A proven track record of implementing secure and scalable IT systems Excellent communication and vendor management skills This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in dynamic environments and wants to be part of a mission-driven team powering creative professionals around the world.
