Job Description:
Innova Solutions has a client that is immediately hiring for
Program Support Specialist Position type: Full Time, Contract
Duration: 6 months Location: Fairfield, CA, 94533 Shift : 1st As a
Program Support Specialist, you will:Focused on supporting the
program execution teams with a variety of activities such as risk
management, pursuits, financial reporting, customer
interaction/action reporting, contract support and management of
CDRLs, subcontract management support and all levels of
coordination with the core program team. This position coordinates
activities across the company shared services business model and
requires collaborative working relationships with Operations,
Engineering, Manufacturing, Sales, Contracts, Order Administration,
Subcontracts, Quality, Finance, and Services and will require
external customer interface. External customer interface contacts
are typically first level Value Stream Leadership, engineering, and
procurement agents. Knowledge of industry practices and standards
and use of professional concepts. Applies functional or technical
principles, theories, and concepts. Receives minimal instruction on
day-to-day work assignments. Plans schedule and arrange own
activities in accomplishing objectives. Qualifications You Must
Have:Bachelor’s degree and 3 years of prior relevant experience OR
degree in business, finance, economics, or other related areas. In
absence of a degree, 6 years of relevant experience is required
Strong Excel background. Knowledge of International Business
(Global Trade) Prior experience with Sales Orders and Inventory,
and forecasting Customer Repairs in a warehouse/ industrial setting
Preferred Qualifications:Prior SAP experience related to the
processes associated with Sales Order execution, status of factory
hardware delivery forecasts, and shipping Prior experience tracking
and forecasting Customer Repairs and coordinating with order
administration Prior external customer support/interface experience
and awareness of ordering and demand planning tools and practices

RANGE AND BENEFITS: Pay Range*: $60.00 to $65.00/per hour *Pay
range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several
factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work
