Backend Engineer with a strong command over Rust to join our
dynamic technology team. In this role, you will be responsible for
designing, developing, and maintaining our cutting-edge
blockchain-based applications. You will also be instrumental in
creating robust and secure APIs, and ensuring the efficient
functioning of our backend operations. This position demands a high
degree of technical expertise, a deep understanding of blockchain

retreats. Job Details Responsibilities: 1. Design, develop, and
maintain high-performance, highly scalable blockchain-based
applications using Rust. 2. Collaborate with our frontend team to
build innovative, user-friendly interfaces. 3. Develop robust and
secure APIs to support backend functionalities. 4. Troubleshoot and
resolve technical issues promptly and efficiently. 5. Participate
in code reviews to ensure code quality and distribute knowledge. 6.
Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and
developments in the field of blockchain and Rust. 7. Contribute to
architectural decisions and implement new features based on the
evolving needs of our business. 8. Collaborate with
cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features. 9.
Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of
applications. 10. Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs.
Qualifications: 1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science,
Information Technology, or a related field. 2. Minimum 5 years of
experience as a Backend Engineer. 3. Proficient in Rust with a good
understanding of its syntax and features. 4. Solid experience with
blockchain technology and understanding of its core principles. 5.
Proven experience in API design and development. 6. Strong
knowledge of data structures, system design, and algorithms. 7.
Excellent problem-solving skills with a knack for complex
troubleshooting. 8. Familiarity with professional software
engineering practices for the full software development life cycle,
including coding standards, code reviews, source control
management, build processes, testing, and operations. 9. Ability to
work independently and as part of a team. 10. Excellent
