  Required Qualifications
  
  
  • 
    
  • Three or more years of demonstrated experience serving as an ADA and/or 504 Coordinator.
    
  • Demonstrated ability to exercise good judgment, and to bring about consensus among groups possessing diverse opinions
    
  • Demonstrated understanding and experience in working with a wide range of policies in the higher education or K-12 environment.
    
  • Experience conducting interactive dialogues and processes
    
  • Demonstrated ability to organize and prioritize projects, establish and/or maintain documentation and recordkeeping standards consistent with best practices, and manage multiple/competing deadlines and priorities
    
  • Strong verbal and written communications skills
    
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and prioritize projects for completion in a timely manner
    
  • Training in ADA and/or 504
    
  • Demonstrated knowledge of regulations and statutes relating to Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act, and the ADA.
    
  • Experience working with confidential and highly sensitive information and maintain confidentiality in compliance with client school policies, procedures, and state and federal regulations.
    
  • Demonstrated ability to develop knowledge of, respect for, and skills to engage with those of other cultures or backgrounds
    
  • Experience in conflict management and as a team or department supervisor, or equivalent
    
  • Bachelor's degree in related area and /or equivalent experience

    • Advanced degree, or equivalent
      
    • Two years of supervisory or management experience

      Salary
      GRS has different base pay ranges for different locations within the United States, which allows us to pay employees competitively and consistent with different geographic markets. Compensation offered will depend on various factors in addition to location of primary residence, such as job level, complexity and responsibility required by the role, knowledge, job duties and requirements, relevant experience, and skills.
      
      
      Pay Ranges for Applicants in CA, CO, and WA
      The pay range for this position in the San Francisco Bay Area, Los Angeles, and New York City is $95,000 - $130,000. For those who are elsewhere in California, the range is $65,000 - $105,000. For those based in Colorado, the range is $65,000 - 105,000. For those based in Washington State, the range is $65,000 - $130,000. As noted above, all of these pay ranges depend upon specific location, knowledge, relevant experience, background, and skills
