Human Resource (HR) Generalist: Acquire and maintain up-to-date knowledge of California labor laws and Federal regulations, ensuring compliance across all HR practices. Regularly review and implement OSHA and safety guidelines at all hotel locations to uphold workplace safety standards. Update employee handbooks semi-annually to reflect the latest policies, procedures, and legal requirements. Manage and organize employee files, ensuring all records are accurate, confidential, and easily accessible. Oversee the administration of employee 401(k) plans, including enrollment, updates, and compliance with relevant regulations. Requirements: Master's degree (or foreign equivalent) in Human Resources Management, Strategic Management, or related field. Education or experience must include: Performance Management, Compensation Management, Benefits Administration, Operational Management, and Employee Relations.
