We are seeking an experienced Travel Registered Nurse (RN) – Case Manager to join a fast-paced acute care hospital team. The RN Case Manager will coordinate comprehensive patient care plans, facilitate safe and timely discharges, and collaborate closely with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
