Job Description Job Description Occupational Therapist (New Grads Are Welcome) Key Responsibilities Evaluate patients to assess functional abilities and therapy needs Develop and implement individualized occupational therapy treatment plans Provide hands-on therapy to improve mobility, independence, and quality of life Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams and patient families Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation Schedule & Work Environment Full-time position Monday-Friday with flexible scheduling during business hours No weekends, nights, or on-call requirements Home-based visits at private residences or care facilities Average of 5-6 patient visits per day Geriatric patient population Compensation Competitive hourly rate: $65-$70/hour Benefits Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance 100% employer-paid coverage for employees 50% employer-paid coverage for dependents (company-selected plan) Employer-paid Life Insurance and AD&D coverage ($50,000) 401(k) with dollar-for-dollar employer match up to 5% after 3 months Qualifications Active Occupational Therapist license in California Open to new graduates Strong knowledge of rehabilitation principles and patient-centered care Excellent communication and interpersonal skills CPR certification Ability to perform required physical tasks Additional Requirements Willingness to drive throughout the Bay Area (San Francisco to Palo Alto) Reliable transportation; company vehicle may be provided Company Description Protouch Staffing is a trusted staffing partner specializing in connecting skilled professionals with top employers.
