The role ensures a highly efficient and well-trained clinical team that supports optimal operations and patient satisfaction. The RN will delegate, assess, plan, and coordinate to provide a higher level of patient care activities. Experience in a similar setting with cardiac patients is required. The RN will triage and manage both emergent and non-emergent patient phone calls and messages. The role entails providing support to healthcare providers while utilizing high-level critical thinking, assessment, and coordination skills. Interpreting complex information and guiding patients and families to navigate multiple services is essential. The RN will perform duties in the clinic, including in-office procedures and clinical administrative tasks. Experience in oncology, gastroenterology, endocrinology, and obstetrics/gynecology is preferred.
