Job Description LanceSoft is seeking a travel nurse RN Med Surg
/ Telemetry for a travel nursing job in Oakland, California. Job
Description & Requirements - Specialty: Med Surg / Telemetry -
Discipline: RN - Start Date: 08/18/2025 - Duration: 15 weeks - 36
hours per week - Shift: 12 hours, nights - Employment Type: Travel
MS/Tele RN responsible for the assessment, planning,
implementation, and evaluation of nursing care for adult patients
with medical and telemetry needs in an acute care setting. Provides
high-quality, patient-centered care, including direct clinical
support, patient/family education, and coordination of services
throughout the care continuum. Utilizes advanced monitoring and
critical thinking skills to manage complex patients requiring
cardiac telemetry. Ensures care is tailored to the individual,
incorporating psychological, cultural, and lifestyle considerations
while promoting optimal health outcomes and patient safety.
Requirements:/nActive California RN License (must be in hand at
time of submission)/n/nBLS Certification (AHA)/n/nACLS
Certification (AHA)/n/nNIHSS Certification/n/nMinimum of 2 years
recent experience in a Medical-Surgical/Telemetry unit/n/nEPIC EMR
experience preferred/n/nFlexibility to float within scope across
units or campuses as needed/n/nMust meet 50-mile travel radius rule
