This is a unique opportunity to work closely with a skilled surgical team in a setting that specializes in plastic, reconstructive, and gender-affirming procedures . What You'll Do: First assist for plastic and gender-affirming surgeries Conduct pre- and post-operative evaluations and follow-up care Collaborate with a compassionate, inclusive surgical team Support patients through their surgical journeys with sensitivity and professionalism Participate in care planning and patient education Ideal Candidate: Certified PA with at least 3 years of surgical First Assist experience Experience or strong interest in plastic surgery and/or gender-affirming procedures Skilled in wound care, post-op recovery, and patient education Collaborative, detail-oriented, and dedicated to delivering inclusive care Able to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume surgical environment Why Join Us?
