You’ll work under the guidance of the Clinical and Medical Directors and collaborate with RNs, CNAs, and MAs. Key responsibilities include: . Conducting comprehensive physical assessments and health histories . Diagnosing and treating patients, prescribing medications, and interpreting lab results . Managing cases and providing health education to individuals and groups . Maintaining accurate electronic medical records . Leading in-service training and participating in special projects and events . This role requires advanced clinical judgment, a current Nurse Practitioner license, and prescriptive authority.
