A Field Case Manager role is a home-based position with travel, up to 2 hours one-way, to doctors' offices, hospitals, and various other locations. This individual is responsible for the medical case management of work-related injuries, which includes assessment, planning, coordination, implementation, and evaluation of injured/disabled individuals.   • Current, unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license in CA
  • Recommended certifications (CCM, CRRN, CDMS, CRC) preferred. REQUIRED within two years of hire date
  • Valid Driver's License, and good driving history.
