We are expanding and we are looking for an energetic Dental Assistant!Pay $17-$20/hour With a $500.00 sign on bonus after 90 days!In addition to hourly pay, our back office team members also receive weekly bonuses. We are looking for general, pediatric, ortho, perio, OS and hygiene assistants. This is an excellent opportunity to grow your skill set and advance your career.Benefits:Medical Health insuranceDental insuranceVision insuranceDisability insurance401(k)Paid time offReferral programPaid trainingWhat you will do:-Welcome patients-Prepare patients for treatments or checkups ensuring their comfort-Select and set up instruments, equipment and material needed-Sterilize instruments according to regulations-Assist the dentist through 4-handed dentistry-Undertake lab tasks as instructed-Provide oral hygiene and post-operative care instructions-Keep the dental room clean and well-stockedQualifications:Proven experience as dental assistant or willingness to trainKnowledge of dental instruments and sterilization methodsUnderstanding of health & safety regulationsAbility to perform regulated non-surgical tasks like coronal polishing is a plusGood computer skillsBilingual a plusMust pass background and drug testJob type: Full-time or Part-timeWe have both full time and part time opportunities to assist our productive clinicians. We are looking for a competent dental assistant who will make the dentist's office more efficient and pleasant for patients. You'll ensure excellent customer service and lift administrative and basic dental tasks off the dentist's shoulders. Dental assistants should be well-organized with great attention to detail. You should be able to follow instructions and respect dental office regulations. We want you to be skilled in providing direct or indirect patient care and able to make office procedures as smooth as possible.
