We are seeking a Market Director, Business Development to support our Pacific Complex team, focusing on growth and business development in the territory covering WA, OR, CA, NV, AZ, and NM. This position is remote.
Key Responsibilities

• Manage recruiting pipelines within the territory.
  
• Develop strategies to attract and retain top talent.
  
• Track and maintain notes on pipeline activities.
  
• Communicate the Equitable Advisor Value Proposition effectively.
  
• Evaluate advisor practices for portability and compliance.
  
• Create a high-quality, multi-sourced lead flow of qualified candidates.
  
• Build and sustain strong partnerships with HQ and field leaders.
  
• Stay informed on market trends and the competitive landscape.
  
  The base salary for this role is $150,000, with eligibility for variable compensation.

  Minimum Qualifications
  

• 
  
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  
• 7+ years in financial services or wealth management.
  
• Deep knowledge of advisor practice management.
  
• Expertise in financial products and client solutions.
  
  Preferred Qualifications
  
  • 
    
  • FINRA SIE, Series 7, and Series 65 licenses.
    
  • Strong multitasking, communication, and follow-through skills.
