Job Description:

A company is looking for a Senior Onboarding Manager, EMEA.
Key Responsibilities

Manage the onboarding process for the company's largest accounts to ensure successful product adoption
Communicate account setup requirements and best practices to customers, aligning with key stakeholders
Collaborate with various teams to deliver an exceptional customer experience during onboarding

Required Qualifications

Experience working in a fully-remote, distributed team environment
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
Background in customer success or customer-facing project management roles
Familiarity with tools such as Salesforce, Asana, Rocketlane, and Slack
Understanding of how professional services can enhance customer value
