match Job Details Design and oversee the construction and
modification of facilities, ensuring compliance with relevant
codes, regulations, and industry standards Collaborate with
architects, contractors, and internal stakeholders to develop
facility plans and specifications Conduct equipment selection,
evaluation, and procurement processes based on project requirements
and technical specifications Manage construction projects,
including creating project schedules, coordinating with
contractors, and monitoring progress to ensure timely completion
within budget Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify
maintenance needs, safety hazards, and potential operational
improvements Collaborate with maintenance teams to develop
preventive maintenance programs and ensure effective maintenance of
facility systems and equipment Stay informed about advancements in
construction techniques, materials, and technologies, and make
recommendations for incorporating improvements into facility design
