What You'll Do: Design and develop robust hardware/software test
solutions for high-performance mixed-signal products Build and
debug custom test boards and probe cards for both validation and
high-volume manufacturing Create scalable and reusable automated
test programs (multi-site capable) Lead New Product Introduction
(NPI) test development and transfer to overseas production sites
Drive yield improvement and test cost reduction initiatives
Collaborate closely with R&D, Product, and Operations teams
across global locations Analyze large datasets for yield,
correlation, and reliability trends What You'll Bring: Bachelor’s
in Electrical Engineering (or equivalent); 5–10 years in
mixed-signal IC test development (open to recent grads with strong
fundamentals) Hands-on experience with ATE platforms (Teradyne
ETS-364/88/uFLEX, or LTX-Credence ASL1K preferred—but not required)
Proficiency in analog design/debug and familiarity with lab
instrumentation Strong programming skills in C++ (MATLAB/Python a
plus) Familiarity with statistical test analysis and GR&R
validation Self-starter with a proactive attitude, lab-driven
mindset, and strong attention to detail Excellent communication
skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented
