Project Engineer / Field Engineer - Heavy Civil Construction Industry Salary: $85k - $110k DOE North Highlands, CA This position is a chance to join a team with a positive culture for growth. They are looking for Project Engineers to train and grow with the team ultimately becoming Project Managers and Estimators being promoted from within. Qualifications : 3-5 years' experience in Heavy Civil & Sitework. Experience working on Public Works and Private projects. B.S. Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or equivalent. Primavera P6 knowledge is a plus Trimble GPS is a plus Employee Benefits and Appreciation Base Salary $85K-110K, DOE Salary range is only a guideline Medical/Dental/Vision Benefits 401k with Company Match & Profit sharing Company Vehicle Paid Vacation and Holidays Responsibilities: Prepare and distribute project folder to Sup, PM, and Foreman Read and understand the contracts with owner and subcontractors Understanding of Soils Report, Plans and Specifications Resolve, remediate, and diffuse conflict Facilitate time management & submittals Review drawings & generate daily reports for PM Process purchase orders, change orders, and subcontract agreements Material ordering & Quantity management Field timesheet assembly and submittal.
