Aya Education is seeking a dedicated Travel Special Education
Teacher who specializes in mild/moderate disabilities to join our
dynamic team. This position involves traveling to various
educational settings, implementing tailored educational programs
that align with Aya Education's commitment to high-quality,
inclusive education tailored to individual student needs. Our ideal
candidate is passionate about making a difference and adept at
managing diverse classroom environments to enhance student learning
and achievement. Travel to various educational institutions to
implement specialized learning programs. Assess individual student
needs and adapt educational plans accordingly. Collaborate with
school staff and parents to maximize student outcomes. Utilize and
integrate appropriate technology to enhance educational
experiences. Monitor and report on student progress through
detailed documentation and effective communication. Participate in
professional development and stay updated with best practices in
special education. Strong understanding of the needs of students
with mild to moderate disabilities. Ability to develop and
implement individualized education plans (IEPs). Excellent
communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in using
educational technology and software. Strong organizational and
planning skills. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision
Insurance Life Insurance 401k State Teaching Certification in
Special Education. Certification in crisis prevention and
intervention preferred.
