Job Description Job Description Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Deaf Education, active DHH teaching certification, and 1 years Teacher of the Deaf / Hard of Hearing experience required. A full-semester contract opportunity is available for a Teacher of the Deaf / Hard of Hearing in an elementary school setting located in the Dublin, OH area. This part-time role involves providing specialized instruction and support to 5th grade students who are Deaf or Hard of Hearing. The position requires onsite presence with limited hours, approximately 80 minutes per month. Key Responsibilities: Deliver tailored educational support to students with hearing impairments Collaborate with classroom teachers, parents, and support staff to enhance student learning Monitor student progress and adjust instructional plans accordingly Ensure compliance with all state and local education regulations pertaining to Deaf and Hard of Hearing students Qualifications: Valid Ohio Educator license with a Hearing Impaired endorsement is mandatory Experience working with elementary-aged students who are Deaf or Hard of Hearing Strong communication and collaboration skills Ability to manage a small caseload effectively Location: Dublin, OH (onsite) Contract Details: Full semester duration Part-time hours (approximately 80 minutes/month) If you hold the required Ohio teaching license with the Hearing Impaired endorsement and are interested in contributing to a supportive educational environment, please submit your credentials for consideration.
