Details Key Responsibilities Manage attorneys’ calendars,
coordinate meetings, and ensure timely task execution Oversee all
administrative operations, including office layout and workflow
optimization Collaborate with HR on updating and enforcing office
policies and procedures Supervise and maintain office equipment in
coordination with IT support Process, track, and manage all firm
invoices and payments Manage vendor contracts, including pricing
negotiations and renewals Monitor and maintain the general office
budget and expenditures Provide regular operational reports to the
Managing Partner Lead and manage the administrative team, fostering
a culture of productivity and accountability Qualifications High
school diploma or GED required; college coursework or degree
preferred 5 years and proven experience as an Office Manager or
similar administrative leadership role Strong proficiency in
Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and Outlook) Familiarity with
office systems, procedures, and equipment Exceptional time
management and multitasking abilities Excellent problem-solving
skills and keen attention to detail Clear and professional verbal
