clients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner Answer
and direct phone calls; respond to emails and other communications
Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and conference
calls Prepare and proofread correspondence, reports, and
presentations Maintain and organize electronic and physical filing
systems Assist with billing, time entry, and invoicing support for
the accounting team Order and manage office supplies and equipment
Coordinate incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries Support event
planning and internal team communications Perform other
administrative duties as assigned to support team efficiency You
should have most of the following: Several years of experience in
an administrative, receptionist, or office assistant role
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel,
PowerPoint) Strong written and verbal communication skills
Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities High level of
professionalism and discretion Prior experience in a professional
services or accounting firm environment is a plus Associate’s or
